I need to find a name and address from a cell phone number, can this be achieved using a reverse cell phone number look up. I have seen many online when I have searched on google, but I need to know which ones work.

You can get a name and address from a cell phone number at http://www.reversecellphonelook-ups.com. They will tell you which state the phone number is coming from free of charge, but for a name and address they will charge a fee.
