Here is the email that started the whole thing! Dear XXXXXX XXXXXXX, As you know, we have been using the information you provided to dispute a chargeback filed against the transaction detailed below. Despite our best efforts, the buyer’s credit card company decided in favor of the buyer. Unfortunately, we do not control the outcome of the chargeback decision reached by the buyer’s issuing bank in a credit card transaction. By accepting the terms of the PayPal User Agreement, you agreed to accept the decision of the issuing bank as final and legally binding for this type of dispute. Please review the information below for more details about this case. After getting this I filed a complaint to IC3 and the buyer sent the item to Paypal. Paypal

That’s why I don’t sell really expensive items through paypal. The chances of getting scammed over $50 is much lesser.

YOUR RIGHT about how there is NO PROTECTION for SELLERS!! I give you 2 THUMBS UP for putting another thorn in PayPal’s side!! I WILL ENJOY watching PayPal and eBay’s stock decline. :) THE FUCKING COCK SUCKERS!!! P.S. Did you ALL KNOW that EBay purchased PayPal the company for $1.5 billion in 2002. It’s no wonder Ebay only accepts PayPal!!!! I just thought I would let the Cat’s out of the bag incase some of you are unaware of that.

YOU COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER!! PAYPAL DOES FUCKING SUCK!!! I will be posting my video of how PayPal SCREWED ME within the next week. It’s going to be a very powerful message, warning ALL EBAY SELLERS who get their funds through PayPal!! Especially if you are outside of the U.S.!! It will be titled “EBAY CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF PAYPAL SCAM!!!” They are both 2 of the worst companies to deal with. EBay is no better then PayPal really. EBay gives back the buyer the money too!! FUCKERS!!

  19. BDET89 Says:

But if the buyer says they didn’t recieve the item, cant the seller just show the proof of postage if they have it?

  20. jmillhitmaker Says:

I use paypal for buying only and I have sold things like music for $50. Seem like if your the seller you can get screwed really bad. So for my own safety I’m not going to try to sell stuff over $100 dollars with paypal. That really sucks that happen to you man. I hope the best for you bro.

Sold something for 250$ and guess what, he want’s his money back, he send an unauthorized claim , which is waiting for me to reply. I’ll lose it probbaly since the buyer is protected for some shitty reason, They probbaly also want me to pay it back while I lost my ware i was selling + i got no money, PayPal can lick my left nut.

  25. ambidextrality Says:

A better analogy would be that you sold someone a cheese burger online but sent them expired astronaut food and you’re mad at them for opening it.

It’s a pretty easy thing to eat something you didn’t order because some moron put the wrong thing in your bag. So how’s that the buyers fault?

Painting the item is the cost of an installation that could not be completed as OEM refuses to assist as it’s military only. Not exactly a McNugget.
