There you go, just type in the phone number and if it is registered in the white pages it should bring up who it belongs to.

White Pages will tell you the provider (AT&T, Tmobile), but there is no free service to say that 555-555-5555 belongs to John Smith.

You can use a service at http://www.reversecellphonesearcher.com to find out their city & state but because it’s a cell phone number, you’re going to have to pay a small fee ($ 15 I think) to get full access to their name and history.
Because cell phone numbers are not publicly available, the sites such as the link above have to spend a lot of time and effort making sure they’ve collected the right details.
That’s why they give you a 56 day guarantee with every lookup. Not only that but the service is 100% legal and confidential.
