Where is the best place to look up phone number and find out who called you? Someone keep calling and hanging up. I want to find out who it is. I have their cell phone number, but it is not listed in the phone book.

Eh, with certain tariffs you can dial a certain number.

there is no directory of cell phone numbers..
you can always try http://tnid.us/ and see if you get lucky – some cell phone providers give the subscribers name as CNAM data instead of “wireless caller”
